The selection of participant for “Times Green Ganesha” awards or any sort of gratification in print is based on Maharashtra Times discretion
Maharashtra Times shall not be liable for any delays or non-receipt of applications for any account and for any reason whatsoever
Maharashtra Times and/or its Group Companies shall have the right to use the said details in any manner whatsoever, once the participants/contestants submits their details including contact number, email id etc.
Times Green Ganesha is applicable in Mumbai and Pune markets only
Winners will be chosen by a panel of judges/experts constituted by the organizers. The judge’s/expert’s decision will be final & binding. Maharashtra Times holds the final decision to choose the contestant/winner in case of a tie or equal points being met
Contestants may be required to sign forms; formal agreement(s) with Maharashtra Times in subsequent phases
Winners & Contestants will have to make themselves available for the events/ activities of Maharashtra Times as and when required with prior intimation for promotional purpose. This binding will be valid for a period of 1 year from the day of the contest
Maharashtra Times shall have the right to cancel this “Times Green Ganesha” contest and “Maharashtra Times Ganrang” initiative at any time for any reason
The schedule of the Contest and qualification phases are subject to change at the discretion of the Maharashtra Times
Maharashtra Times shall have rights to cancle “Times Green Ganesha” and “Maharashtra Times Maajhyat Aahe Sukhakrta” initiatives at any time for any reason
This Contest shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Contest will be referred to a sole Arbitrator to be appointed by BCCL on behalf of Maharashtra Times, whose decision shall be final and binding on the parties. The place of Arbitration shall be Delhi. The Courts at Delhi alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any dispute with regard to the contest

Contestants and participants should not sign up for this Contest if they do not agree to any of the terms and conditions specified above
